Ad Ha'Etzem restaurant which was established in 1988 by the two brothers – Yoram and Ari Yarzin (who also own the leading restaurants Zozobra, Moses, Café Italia, Tony Vespa and the Shnitzerya), has just been remodeled for the first time since opened and has upgraded its menu.
The restaurant now presents a new look, new dishes and lunch specials. Ad Ha'Etzem continues to lead – in meat quality, inventiveness and concept.
Ad Ha'Etzem was the first restaurant to open in Herzlia Pituach, an area that inhibited mostly garages and factories. As part of the concept it was the first to present quality meat with an "abroad" atmosphere. It was also the first restaurant to put an emphasis on fine quality meat, done as ordered and accompanied by proper sauces. Furthermore, Ad Ha'Etzem was the first to serve to the Israeli dinner quality hamburgers, real authentic spear ribs and the classics - potato skins, onion loaf and chicken wings.

The lounge
The outside compound sets on a few acres which overlook the beach strip. The lounge offers various sitting arrangements for the customers. You can kind sofas and brownish rattan couches located under a white whole wood gazebo overlooking the open ocean.
The restaurant
The restaurant was designed and decorated by the architecture Gad Halperin. The space is designed with a combination of marble floors, wooden parket, leather couches and a magnificent bar. The lighting settings is a professional one which lits the space with a warm manner and the fire place, built in the brick wall creates a warm home like atmosphere, especially in the winter. The inner space overlooks the magnificent view of the Mediterranean ocean.
The VIP room
Located in a separate floor in the decorated mansion, overlooking the inner space of the restaurant and its décor creates a soft atmosphere. In this room you can hold private events such as business meetings, and small private board meeting up to 30 people in an intimate and quiet manner. In the room you can find a private screening system for presentations or movies.
