At the the age of 62, with his anglo-saxon accent, bass deep voice and 30 years of experience in the art of cooking, he conquers everybody's hearts in a second. Eddie's hideout is the oldest of Eilat's restaurants; it originated in 1979 and since then has offered its guest courses from the finest cousins in the world. Eddie will take you for a journey in Italy and France, take you to his home land – The U. S. of A. and even a stop in China, a real international feast.
A glance at the menu reveals 7 various shrimp courses, 12 fish courses, 8 kinds of pasta, stacks of meat and 1 lasagna, which is considered to be the best in Israel.
For starter, Eddie recommends the mozzarella marinara fried in tomato sauce, for a main course he'll probably recommend the fillet Dijon, a respectable slice of meat seasoned with mustard, brown sugar and garlic.

Pastory is a magical Italian trettoria with a bar at its center, which offers a variety of meats and seafood with a scent of Tuscany. In the menu you will find seafood, fish and quality slices of meat, next to a wide selection of starters and Pasta, which is homemade and combines tastes and scents from the whole world. The homemade dressings are made according to special Tuscany recipes and are matched to the different kinds of pasta just like the Italian traditional cousin. We chose to leave the kitchen open and visible in order to share the procedure of making the dish that you ordered.
